You can request for an exchange if it’s made within a 14 day period if all conditions are met.
If those 14 days have elapsed since the time you received your package, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you an exchange.
1 - EXCHANGES
A - Damaged or defective products
Our warranty covers damages and defects reported on your tights within 14 days from receiving your package.
Contact us by email and our customer service will fill you in on how to proceed.
If your tights are eligible for the warranty, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost, including shipping.
To benefit from an exchange, you must provide us with a photo proof of the damaged product. No exchange will be made without proof.
If one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact us on email@example.com.
B - Size problem
Our 14-day guarantee is applicable for size problems.
If you ordered the wrong size or if the size does not fit, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will send you a replacement product at no additional charge, including shipping.
1 - REFUNDS
A - Refund cases
We ship packages within 24 hours of purchase.
If your product has not yet been shipped, you can get a full refund.
Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com.
We can only cancel and refund your order if it has not yet left our facility, once the order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund.
B - Cases of non-refund
Tights are intimate products, so once they leave our premises, they cannot be returned. For this reason, all orders are final.
Once a product has left our facilities, we can no longer guarantee its quality, so anything that is returned cannot be restocked or resold. Giving our customers a product of the highest quality is our top priority.
